A commission I did for Sue/DeathBearBrown of herself as a death bear wild child.
This was really fun to do- I would love to do more stuff like this in the future.
We have two weeks left until the open call for submissions for Beyond- the queer sci-fi/fantasy comic anthology are closed!
If you’re thinking of submitting (and we hope you are!) please make sure to have your pitch sent to us by December 15th, 2013.
We’ve received so many incredible, amazing submissions for Beyond already, but there’s still time to pitch if you want to be part of the anthology! Submissions are open until December 15th!
The fourth (and nearly final) week of The Wolf That Only You Can See. (Every day on my Twitter I have been posting a drawing of a wolf that only you can see, and at the end of the week I collect them all here on Tumblr.)
A lot of crowned and double-headed Wolfves, this week.
The third week of The Wolf That Only You Can See. Every day on my Twitter I have been posting a drawing of a wolf that only you can see, and at the end of the week I collect them all here on Tumblr.
Wolf trivia: the plural of a Wolf That Only You Can See is A Wolf That Only You Can Sees- or Wolfves.
Found some time to finish inking my radically queer enby witch. I think eir name is Eberly.
The second week of The Wolf That Only You Can See.
(For the month of November I am posting a drawing of a Wolf That Only You Can See once a day on my twitter, then at the end of the week I put them on Tumblr.)
I discovered this in my dropbox and finished it up- my stab at a kaiju design. Category III- codename: Stapler.
We went to HalCon very briefly today (before it was closed for being at capacity). Then we went to a bar.
I was dressed as Newton Geiszler, and with a few beers in me I get very passionate and opinionated about Kaiju.
Over on my twitter I started drawing 5 minute monsters called the Wolf That Only You Can See. I’m going to try to do one a day for the entire month- so here’s the first week (and now here’s the second week).
Some of them are kind, some of them are cruel, but rest assured you are the only one who can see them.
This is pretty old but on days like today it still rings true.
Kory is being an absolute champ when it comes to inking the absolutely absurd level of detail I draw in every page. Thanks, Kory.
I watched Kiki’s Delivery Service for the first time in over a decade yesterday and ended up drawing witches at 3am because I’ve lost all control of my life. I don’t know eir name yet, but eir specialty is finding lost things and dream interpretation- and being a rad queer kickass enbie femme.
I’d love to ink this one day some day.
It’s my best friend on earth’s birthday! TODAY. We’ve been talking/thinking/dreaming a lot about pokémon recently so I decided to take the very obvious route and draw her(us) with pokémons.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KORY!
