Black Betty is a member of one of the motorcycle gangs (though in her case her “gang” is more of a “posse”) that patrols the border of the Gutterpunk City in Black Nail Polish. She has no love for judge Coulomb and his gang (the Courts), and though they are technically on the same side and working for the same guy (the City King) the two end up fighting with each other more often than not.
Betty has a weird ‘Gone With the Wind rung through a Sex Pistols concert’ style. Her bike is named Miss Scarlett (and she don’t know nothing about birthin’ babies).
